John's company, Earth Care Paper, Inc., doubled or tripled in size every year for eight years in a row. His company landed number 39 on the Inc. 500 list of America’s fastest growing companies for the five year period ending in 1991 and was listed as number 129 for the five year period ending in 1992. With growth of over 5000% in five years, John practically started a new company every year -- doubling the employees, replacing computer systems and moving the company a total of six times.
